You’re not meant to carry it all
Parenting can feel messy, overwhelming, and isolating — especially when you’re raising a child who experiences the world differently.
If you’ve ever wished for:
-
A safe space where your questions don’t feel “too much.”
-
Practical tools that actually work in real families.
-
Connection with people who understand the meltdowns, the overstimulation, the juggle.
-
More calm, more confidence, and a reminder you’re not alone.
You’re in the right place.

Why I created Kindred
I’m Danielle — a neurodivergent mum who also happens to be a Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist and Registered Play Therapist.
I’m in the trenches of parenting too. I know the chaos, the second guessing, the late-night Google searches. As an ADHDer, I’m raising my kids in a neurodiverse family. Like you, I’m still learning every day, still figuring out what works and what doesn’t.
Kindred is the space I longed for when things felt heavy — a place where parents can show up as they are, connect with people who get it, and find support that feels real and doable. What we need most isn’t more pressure, but more connection.
Inside Kindred, you’ll get:

1 / Monthly Masterclasses
No boring lectures here. These are short, punchy, play-informed workshops with me (and sometimes a special guest). Think of them as little light-bulb moments you can actually use, not more theory gathering dust. And yes — everything’s recorded, because life happens.
2 / Monthly Q + A
Got a curly question about meltdowns, transitions, or how to stay calm when everyone’s losing it? Bring it here. This is your chance to pick my brain, get personalised tips, and hear what’s working for other families too.
3 / FORTNIGHTLY coffee & chat sessions
Grab your coffee (or your cuppa, wine, or your Milo — zero judgement). These casual group chats are where we get real. Come in your PJs, leave your camera off, wrangle your kids while you listen — it’s all welcome. It’s about connection, not perfection.
4 / Resource Hub
This is your secret stash of practical tools — the kind you’ll actually use:
-
Play ideas that don’t require a Pinterest board or a craft cupboard the size of Kmart.
-
Regulation hacks for when you’re about to lose it as much as your kid.
-
Word-for-word scripts for those tricky “what do I even say right now?” moments.
-
Printable worksheets and guides you can stick on the fridge or throw in your bag.
-
Access to future courses & workshops
5 / Private community
It’s like a group chat, but without the mum-shaming or “just try sticker charts” advice. A safe space (yep, on Facebook) to vent, laugh, cry, share wins, and lean on your village 24/7.
6 / irl catch ups
If you’re in the Barossa, Riverland, or Adelaide metro, we take the online vibes offline. Think coffee dates, meet-ups, and the kind of connection you can’t get through a screen.
The vibe check ✅
