We believe when one person in the family is struggling, the whole village feels it and when one person is supported, everyone grows.
That’s why we support the whole family not just the child, not just the parent, but the relationships, the systems, and the nervous systems in between.

Whether you're raising a neurodivergent child, navigating your own neurodivergence, or just doing your best to raise emotionally connected little humans — you're in the right place.
Hi lovely,
I’m Danielle, before becoming a parent myself, I spent years working with children and teens labelled with “challenging behaviours.” I walked into their homes, schools, and care teams, not to “fix” the behaviour, but to ask: What does this child need us to understand?

That realisation stayed with me through my own parenting journey. As a neurodivergent mum of two, I’ve felt the overwhelm, the pressure to “get it right,” and the isolation that can come when you’re trying to do things differently.

We’re not meant to do this alone. Once upon a time, we raised children in community, side by side, with shared wisdom and support. Somewhere along the way, that village disappeared.
So I built The Nurtured Village. A space where families can grow together. Where children are supported through play, therapy, and understanding and where parents and caregivers are held in the process too.

This is my life’s work and my lived experience. I’m here to walk alongside you; as a therapist, a fellow parent, and a member of your village.
