Over 12 weeks, you’ll receive:

Initial Connection Session (90 min):
A relaxed, warm space to explore your goals, family dynamics, and your own emotional needs as a parent. We map where you are, and where you’re longing to feel more connected, calm, and in control. -
5 x Ongoing Support Sessions (60 min):
These sessions are your place to unpack the hard moments, learn practical co-regulation tools, and feel emotionally and energetically held. You’ll leave each session with clarity, calm, and clear next steps. -
Tools and Strategies Tailored to You:
You’ll receive hand-picked resources and practical parenting strategies that suit your unique family rhythm—not one-size-fits-all solutions. -
Email or Voice Note Support Between Sessions:
Because parenting doesn’t only happen on Thursdays at 10am. Reach out when things feel messy. You’ll be met with compassion and support, not judgment.
